Personal Data (Privacy) Policy and Collection Statement

This policy outlines how Yip Tse & Tang Solicitors (referred to as “Yip Tse & Tang”) handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (referred to as the “Privacy Ordinance”). Yip Tse & Tang is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of users when collecting, using, retaining, securing, and transmitting it.

Any personal data collected will only be used internally by Yip Tse & Tang for handling inquiries and cases. It will not be used for any other purposes.

Data Retention Period

Personal data provided when submitting an inquiry to Yip Tse & Tang will be retained only until the inquiry is resolved or for a maximum of 36 months.

Online Submission of Personal Data

Data submitted through the Yip Tse & Tang website is securely encrypted. The personal data will only be used by Yip Tse & Tang staff to process inquiries and will not be shared with third parties.

Confidentiality of Personal Data

Yip Tse & Tang will keep your personal data confidential and securely stored. It will not be disclosed to others unless required by Hong Kong law.

Access, Correction, or Deletion of Personal Data

You can request a copy of your personal data from Yip Tse & Tang or ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
